The National Sports Academy and the National Academy of Music sign a bilateral cooperation agreement

The National Sports Academy “Vasil Levski” and the National Academy of Music “Prof. Pancho Vladigerov” formalized their future joint activities through a bilateral cooperation agreement. The document was signed by the two rectors – Prof. Krasimir Petkov and Prof. Sava Dimitrov – on 2 December at the Rectorate of the National Sports Academy.

From the side of the National Sports Academy, the meeting was also attended by Assoc. Prof. Hristo Andonov – Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Assoc. Prof. Emil Atanasov – Dean of the Faculty of Sport, and Assoc. Prof. Vera Antonova – Dean of the Faculty of Pedagogy.

The two academic institutions plan to develop and introduce joint educational programs, participate jointly in scientific and applied research, and collaborate on educational and other projects within national and international programs.

In addition, the National Sports Academy and the National Academy of Music will develop partnerships in the fields of science, education, musical arts, culture, and sport. The parties to the agreement are joining efforts to carry out joint activities and cooperation in research, applied research, expert and information activities, as well as in the training of specialists – students at different educational and qualification levels (bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral students).

During his visit to the Sports Academy, Prof. Sava Dimitrov also toured and highly praised the museum exhibition of the Educational and Olympic Center.
