The "TABFSV" and "Wrestling and Judo" Departments held a joint scientific conference
Published on 25 November 2024  On November 22, 2024, the traditional joint scientific conference with international participation was held by the "Weightlifting, Boxing, Fencing, and Sports for All" and "Wrestling and Judo" departments. The forum, titled "Challenges and Perspectives in Sports Science" and "Problems in Modern Sports," presented current topics. The conference was opened by Prof. Valentin Panayotov, head of the "Weightlifting, Boxing, Fencing, and Sports for All" Department. Congratulations to the organizers and participants were offered by Prof. Krasimir Petkov, rector of NAA and honorary chairman of the Scientific Committee, and Prof. Ognyan Miladinov, vice-rector for scientific and international activities, who expressed his confidence that the tradition of presenting valuable research would be upheld. 18 authors, including students, PhD candidates, and lecturers, participated with presentations and posters. The presented papers are expected to be published in the NAA "Vasil Levski" Yearbook. |
