A mini-handball festival gathered 130 children from 13 schools at NSA

The third mini-handball festival took place with great success and widespread participation in the handball hall of NSA "Vasil Levski." Over 130 children from 13 capital schools participated in the competition.

The tournament was organized by the "Handball" sector of the Department of "Basketball, Volleyball, Handball" at NSA, in collaboration with the "Sports and Youth Activities" directorate of Sofia Municipality, which once again provided numerous prizes for the children.

The celebration of the youngest handball players was attended by Rector Prof. Krasimir Petkov and Vice-Rector Prof. Nikolay Izov. The festival organizers expressed their gratitude to the academic leadership of the Sports Academy for supporting the competition for young handball players and for the development of handball. NSA students specializing in "Handball" participated in the organization and officiating of the tournament.

Desislava Temelkova, director of the "Sports and Youth Activities" directorate, and Lyubomira Radoeva, chief expert, awarded the participants in the festival.
